Job Title : Scientist - QC Micro Job Purpose: This role supports quality testing of materials and products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. The position involves laboratory testing, accurate data recording, and reporting results following established procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory testing of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and environmental samples using approved procedures.
- Record, review, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow company quality standards and regulatory requirements for all testing activities.
- Identify and document any unexpected results or deviations from standard procedures.
- Support method setup, updates, and validation activities when required.
- Assist in investigations related to testing results or process issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is used and documented correctly.
- Support training of team members on laboratory procedures and safety practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and resolve routine laboratory issues.
- Approve or reject test results based on defined criteria
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 2 years or High School with 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience performing quality control testing in a laboratory setting.
- Experience following standard operating procedures and documenting results.
- Experience working within a regulated environment (such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing).
- Experience in laboratory or quality-related projects.
- Experience in routine laboratory testing activities and collaborated with cross-functional team members to identify, document, and resolve testing deviations or issues in accordance with established SOPs.
- Experience in microbiological or analytical testing within a laboratory environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within regulated environments (such as pharmaceutical or healthcare industries).
- Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and documentation practices.
- Experience using laboratory equipment for chemical or microbiological testing.
- Experience supporting testing projects or process improvements.
- Work Arrangements: This role offers an on-site (5-day) working model; Remote or fully home-working arrangements are not available for this role.
