Role Summary This role provides consultation and support to business leaders regarding compensation programs, analysis, budget plans, and implementation, and links internal compensation strategies to business goals. This role also ensures that compensation practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational talent strategies.

Responsibilities 1. Serves as a consultant to management in aligned business unit regarding policy and compensation interpretation, as well as in the annual salary planning process. Implements compensation programs, following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the compensation strategy. 2.

Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with regulations. Integrates compensation to support transformations and other critical talent strategies to meet the organization's goals and competitive practices. 3.

Manages job evaluations, salary surveys, and all analytical reporting to prepare recommendations and determine pay trends based on findings. Owns market competitive benchmarking for defined business area and its application to compensation practices and strategies. 4.

Reviews reports and audits the organization's compensation programs to ensure they are consistently administered in compliance with the organization's policies and government regulations. 5. Coaches and contributes to the development of compensation analysts. 6.

Partners with HR business partners and finance teams to align compensation budgets with overall workforce planning and cost management strategies. 7. Utilizes HR analytics tools and dashboards to derive insights and improve decision-making related to pay structures and incentives. 8.

Supports pay equity analysis and ensures fair and inclusive compensation practices across employee groups. 9. Stays updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously enhance compensation frameworks. 10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Skills Minimum 5 years related work experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g., B.E./B.Tech, BBA, B.Com or equivalent in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline).

Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA (HR), PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent are preferred. Progress toward CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred or equivalent certifications relevant to compensation and benefits (e.g., certifications offered by WorldatWork or Indian HR bodies like SHRM India/CIPD).
