Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations. -Leads the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media.
Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development and production stages of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPI's. -Works in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams and all functions to maximize value. -Provides consultancy, advice and assistance on strategy for commercialization of products, and influence marketing/Marketing Sales Operation team through delivery of proven analytics based projects. -Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers Job Description Key Accountabilities: Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, quality rules, and validation logic.
Champion the Shift-Left Strategy by engaging source teams and market data owners early to embed governance and quality practices upstream, reducing rework and accelerating insights. Operational Excellence Strong understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platforms Hands on with tools such as Collibra, Ataccama (DQ profiling & automation), or Reltio is a plus.
Collaborate with data stewards and enterprise data owners to uphold metadata, lineage, and compliance standards. Innovation & Automation Initiate and deliver automation projects to optimize data lifecycle processes and reduce manual overhead.
Foster innovation to address operational gaps and improve efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, promoting data-driven decision-making and co-creation of data products that deliver commercial impact.
Build strong partnerships across markets, source systems, and governance teams to ensure alignment and adoption. Essential Requirements : Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience: 6+ years in data governance, data quality, or data management roles.
Strong understanding of metadata & stewardship, DQ, MDM platforms. Strong understanding of any data assessment framework and data management maturity models
