Responsibilities
- Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives

- compliance Leverage AI to reduce operational toil and improve insights Reduce operational toil and improve insights Required Qualifications: 5+ years proven leadership in platform or software engineering 5+ years experience with software development and system design background Deep infrastructure and networking experience Experience with control planes and distributed systems Experience with state-machine workflow orchestration Experience with hybrid cloud identity and Zero Trust Strong stakeholder and communication skills Desired Qualifications: Experience with VM and container image lifecycle platforms CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code experience Event-driven architecture experience Exposure to AI-driven DevOps or automation Experience in regulated enterprise environments Skills: Influence Risk Management Solution Design Stakeholder Management Technical Strategy Development Analytical Thinking Application Development Collaboration Result Orientation Solution Delivery Process Vmware Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
