- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analytics professionals
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
- Partner with executive leadership to support key business initiatives and decision-making
- Collaborate with technology teams to prioritize analytics solutions, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities
- Drive data integrity, reporting quality, and analytics best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver business value through analytics What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics teams
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights to senior leadership
- Experience translating data into business strategy and recommendations
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Python, SAS, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technology partners
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

At least 3 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
