Content Strategist
- The Entity Content team collects, manages
- supplies content for various datasets. This content is used extensively across and beyond Refinitiv/LSEG and is a critical asset to a wide range of Refinitiv/LSEG products. The Content Specialists will be accountable for delivering on Key Projects related to Business Cases, database and supporting Data Strategy teams and will contribute to the delivery of the content roadmap to fulfil all business requirements. The role of the Content Specialist is to: Provide subject matter expertise, skills
- specific knowledge within data/content to build and maintain the content covered by Entity Content Advise internal and external stakeholders on business requirements. Set guidelines on various content related aspects considering markets and stakeholders requirement. Day to Day Responsibilities: Creating, extracting
- manipulating data in relational databases and stored procedures Periodic/ongoing maintenance/review of content sources for efficacy and applicability Ad-hoc content research Act as a primary contact and give technical presentations on area of expertise Facilitate problem solving on data & product issues, including database infrastructure and maintain procedures Validate business requirements for new projects Represent content groups & asset classes in projects or discussions with internal & external stakeholders Prepare & present formal reports of recommendations, establishing agreements, service level agreements, implementations, monitoring & testing Provide expertise and creativity in developing new methods of working which focus on cost effectiveness & resource efficiency Clearly explain data flow, maintenance processes end to end
- impact of quality/technical issues on mid /end-users Ensure documentation on workflows & practices is up to date and consistent Ensure client requirements are considered
- help production teams to achieve desired results Ensure awareness of customer views on content & recommend improvements/escalate problems as needed Communicate effectively with other Refinitiv employees and external agencies to enhance the quality of content Design, plan and conduct training modules for Analysts - collaboratively with Knowledge Management and Training Specialists
- Understanding of various next gen systems (AI, Machine Learning)
- Strong process orientation, ability to think E2E and craft pragmatic, scalable solutions to complex problems
- Highly developed collaboration, reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Able to present and deliver clear messages to audiences at all levels
- Firm grasp of program and project management principles and methodologies
- Builds plans for the team that aligns with the regional and global business priorities
- Work with Business Units, Capability Team to develop & implement long term strategic roadmaps
- Responsible to analyse Bandwidth/resource utilization across and organize the team to deliver the set objectives
- Drive innovation and supporting change management
- Creates a culture of engagement and performance
- Leads conversation with external clients on how CEM is managed and how it adds value
- Handle escalations of content concerns and bring in the support from Specialist organization on priority.
- Establish best practices within the group and share across other teams. Education:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of running a content team
- Clear and demonstrated passion for customer service and excellence
- Delivery against goals with a focused energetic approach to execution, a willingness to make decisions, delegate responsibility and develop a culture of performance and accountability
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage across boundaries
