Become a part of our caring community The HR Equal Employment Opportunity Lead, develops, implements, and evaluates affirmative action programs to support compliance with applicable government regulations and organizational goals. This role is responsible for assessing the effectiveness of Equal Employment Opportunity data systems, preparing employment trend and workforce utilization reports, and identifying opportunities to improve recruiting and employee programs in support of EEO goals and regulatory requirements.

The HR Compliance Lead advises senior leaders and executives on matters of significance, including EEO compliance trends, reporting insights, risk areas, and functional strategies. The role requires independent judgment, strong analytical capability, and the ability to evaluate complex issues involving multiple variables.

The HR Compliance Lead works under minimal supervision and determines the appropriate course of action on complex assignments and related responsibilities. What Makes You Successful Demonstrated ability to manage and drive deadlines across a matrixed organization Ability to interpret and present complex data to a variety of stakeholders and audiences Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence and advise leaders on sensitive compliance-related matters Strong attention to detail, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8 or more years of Human Resources experience within a matrixed organization 2 or more years of project leadership experience 4 or more years of experience with EEO policies and plans, including reviewing or implementing Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action plans Preferred Qualifications Education or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Diversity certification SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification Master's degree or law degree Additional Information This role will be a hybrid office role and is open only to applicants located in the following areas: Louisville, KY Nashville, TN Charlotte, NC Fort Lauderdale, FL Chicago, IL This role reports to the Director of HR Policy and Compliance.

This role is an individual contributor position with no direct people-management responsibilities. This role requires up to 15% business travel. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $115,200 - $158,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
