Position Summary As the Manager, Platform Operations, you will drive the tools, processes, and operational practices that enable an efficient and effective Proposal Development organization.

This role partners with leaders and stakeholders to improve workflows, enhance technology adoption, deliver training programs, and provide operational insights that support successful proposal execution. You will help shape a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring teams have the platforms, resources, and support needed to perform at their best.

What you'll enjoy in this role: Leading initiatives that improve proposal operations and business performance. Partnering across teams to implement new tools, processes, and training programs. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the administration, governance, and optimization of proposal platforms, including SharePoint, project management tools, and collaboration solutions, ensuring effective user adoption and operational efficiency.

Design and implement process improvements that simplify workflows, improve consistency, and enhance proposal team performance. Develop and deliver onboarding, training materials, workshops, and learning programs that build organizational capability and increase platform proficiency.

Create and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provide visibility into proposal activity, operational health, and performance trends. Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable operational initiatives and scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs.

Experience administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools such as Asana. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or proposal development environments.

Experience supporting request for proposal (RFP) or business development teams. Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools. Experience leading change management and technology adoption initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP), APMP certification, or similar professional certification.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
