GRS is seeking to hire a new Associate Manager to support the Performance Guarantees Center of Excellence ( COE ) within the Strategic Business Initiatives ( SBI ) Team. Job Duties Managing and coordinating Performance Guarantee activities supporting Medicare Advantage ( MA ) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug ( MAPD ) new business and renewal opportunities, ensuring successful execution from intake through reporting and settlement, while meeting established timelines and key deliverables.

Administering leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful delivery of Performance Guarantee commitments. Proactively partnering with the Underwriting, New Business Sales, Account Management, MSO ( Medicare Service Operations ) teams, and various business partners to support and continuously improve the end-to-end performance management process and workflows.

Coordinating Performance Guarantee reporting activities by partnering with Reporting & Analytics and business stakeholders to validate guarantee results, investigate reporting variances, support settlement activities, and ensure reporting requirements are met.

Identifying operational risks, communicating issues proactively, and recommending solutions to support successful implementation, reporting, and settlement outcomes. Continuously building cross-functional relationships with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are discussed, evaluated, tracked, and routinely reported out on (via monthly business reviews, etc.).

Implementing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. Collaborating with teammates and business partners to identify opportunities to improve Performance Guarantee processes, documentation, templates, and operational workflows, while supporting the development and maintenance of the Performance Guarantee library, in order to promote consistency, standardization, and knowledge sharing across the COE ( Center of Excellence ).

Leading the standardization, development, and ongoing maintenance of monthly Performance Guarantee executive dashboard reporting. Supporting additional initiatives assigned that contribute to departmental and organizational goals. Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management and/or program management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives. 5+ years of experience in dashboard reporting and operational metrics.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel 5-10% of time within the continental United States. Preferred Qualifications Resides within a commutable distance to Hartford, Connecticut. Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday-Thursday) out of the Hartford, Connecticut office.

Previous experience in Medicare. Track record of creating consensus for change and implementing process improvement strategies. Well-rounded business acumen with strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., monday.com).

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Self-motivated and dependable, possessing an enterprise mindset. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver and communicate results in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Problem-solver and independent thinker, with track record of meeting team objectives and business goals.

Relevant specialized training and/or relevant professional qualification. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma or GED + 4 years of relevant experience). Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
