- We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical Acquisitions Executive to join our Global Film Acquisitions team. In this role, you will lead deal negotiations end-to-end and shape acquisition strategies that support Amazon’s global film portfolio. You will source and secure externally produced films for distribution on Prime Video and for theatrical release through Amazon MGM Studios, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content to customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities - Lead negotiations for global and regional film acquisitions - Develop data-driven business models and valuation analyses to support deal recommendations - Source film acquisition opportunities and assess creative materials - Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Content Strategy, Business Affairs, Marketing, Finance
- Creative teams—to align acquisition decisions with Amazon’s strategic objectives - Develop and own strategy documents and presentations - Evaluate acquisition opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively - Use customer behavior, usage and consumption data to inform decision-making - Manage relationships with producers and agencies
- Experience with Excel - Experience with end-to-end ownership of major project deliverables - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
