- As Sr mgr Program Manager, Robotics Hardware for Fauna, you will build and lead the supply chain capability required to move complex robotic systems from development into scalable production. - 10+ years of program management, tech program management
- related experience - 7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement
- vendor management experience - Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - 5+ years delivering cross-functional hardware, supply chain
- operations programs - Experience leading complex hardware supply chain programs across multiple suppliers, workstreams
- production ramp phases - Experience building or improving supply chain processes, operating mechanisms, systems
- team structures - Experience managing suppliers, negotiating commercial terms
- driving supplier performance improvements - Experience working with contract manufacturers, including material readiness, consigned/turnkey models
- Experience building supply chain functions in an early-stage or high-growth hardware environment - Experience with robotics, automation, consumer electronics
- complex electromechanical products - Experience managing commodities such as actuators, battery packs, castings, cable harnesses, motors, sensors, PCBAs
