In return we are rewarded, supported in our development and given the opportunities to grow within a large multinational organisation. Position Summary: The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth objectives by delivering high-quality digital and print content.
Partnering with cross-functional teams across product innovation and development, this role is responsible for creating impactful, creative, and brand-consistent marketing assets that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement across all channels.
The successful candidate will translate customer insights and business objectives into compelling visual content. They will produce a broad range of marketing and digital assets that support growth initiatives while maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand presence.
Working collaboratively across teams, they will ensure all content aligns with organisational goals, strengthens the customer experience, and drives measurable business outcomes through creativity and strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing collateral that effectively communicate our commercial messaging.
- Create technical materials with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Design print and digital materials, newsletters, invitations, advertisements, presentations, and exhibition graphics, packaging, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
- Oversee the entire design process, including conceptualisation, amending, proofing, and finalising designs for a variety of materials such as brochures, flyers, technical documents, and other marketing assets.
- Proactively suggest creative design solutions that differentiate the ITW Construction Offsite Offsite Europe brands from competitors.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Technical, and Commercial teams, offering design advice to deliver effective solutions tailored to specific briefs.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to revise and strengthen visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Create visually engaging content that enhances social media presence and overall brand communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers (print and signage companies), including negotiating costs and managing the production of printed materials.
- Learn our value propositions, leveraging our extensive differentiation to create impactful collateral that effectively showcases our offerings.
- To always embody the ITW core principles of Integrity, Simplicity, Trust, Respect, Shared Risk acting as true ambassadors for all Offsite brands.
- Skills and Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, ideally in an agency or B2B environment A genuine passion for creative content and a solid understanding of the latest marketing and graphic design trends across advertising, digital
- social media Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to work towards tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work A methodical approach to work and meticulous attention to detail Collaborative skills to work closely with mixed internal stakeholders and taking a leading on projects Self-motivation and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help Experience with computer design packages such as the Adobe Creative Cloud Other relevant information: Prepared to travel domestically as required Flexibility with working hours as required The role is based from our head office in Glenrothes, UK, with the option to have additional flexibility to work from home
