This role will is critical for reliability data across the organization. Working under the direction of the Data Quality & Automation Lead/Manager, this individual will implement day-to-day quality operations, supports automation initiatives, and engages partners across different organizations.

Key Responsibilities Data Quality Operations: Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to improve the quality across systems. Identify, investigate, to data discrepancies and root causes; advance challenges and support resolution.

Automation Support in building and maintaining automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improving data. Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and Key Performance Indicators; identifying trends and improvements Cross-Organization Engagement: Partner with different functions and organizations within Supply chain to understand data needs and drive corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain standard operating procedures, data standards, and knowledge-base content to sustain operations. Required Qualifications Minimum five (5) years of significant professional experience Experience in data quality, data management, or supply chain analytics.

Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools; exposure to automation platforms (Power Automate, Python, RPA, ETL). Good understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains (material, vendor, customer, BOM, inventory). May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance concepts, and MDM tools.

Exposure to Power BI or other BI/reporting tools. Lean Six Sigma awareness or certification. Preferred Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving outlook for continuous improvement and operational performance. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
