- premium sports to customers globally. Your day involves serving as a legal advisor and thought partner on both day-to-day matters and strategic initiatives. You'll own the full lifecycle of commercial agreements—from drafting and negotiating with content providers and technology vendors to closing deals that drive the business forward. A significant part of your role centers on modernizing how we work. You'll lead the adoption of artificial intelligence tools to streamline legal operations, reduce manual processes
- generate insights that once took hours to produce in only minutes. This means identifying opportunities to improve contract cycle times, implementing advanced tools
- creating systems that enable faster decisions and greater consistency across the team. Working directly with business colleagues, you'll serve as lead counsel on strategic content acquisition deals while managing existing commercial relationships. You'll also research emerging regulatory matters and new product initiatives that impact the business. - collaborative problem-solving.
- 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience in transactional work, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or equivalent - Experience with AI/ML technologies

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
