Job Title Head of UI / UX, agentOS About your role: As Head of UI/UX for AgentOS, you will define the end-to-end experience, interaction models, and design standards for an AI-native banking platform.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional leaders to create intuitive, scalable experiences that translate complex agentic capabilities into clear workflows for financial institutions. Your work will elevate usability, consistency, and adoption across the platform while positioning design as a strategic differentiator
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the user interface and user experience strategy for AgentOS, establishing a cohesive vision across platform capabilities, workflows, and touchpoints.
- Design intuitive interaction models, information architecture, and end-to-end user journeys that simplify complex AI-enabled and agent-driven experiences for financial institution users.
- Establish and maintain system-level design patterns, standards, and reusable components to support consistency, scalability, and usability across agents and use cases.
- Partner with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs, technical requirements, and user insights into clear and effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that support product development, user validation, and iterative improvement.
- Use qualitative and quantitative feedback, usability findings, and product data to inform design decisions and improve adoption, accessibility, and overall user experience outcomes.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and help shape platform direction through strong collaboration, clear rationale, and measurable experience improvements.

- Experience you'll need to have: 8+ years of experience in product design, user interface design, user experience design
- human-centered design for digital platforms, enterprise software
- financial technology products. 8+ years of experience creating end-to-end design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes
- high-fidelity interface designs using Figma or similar design tools. 8+ years of experience partnering with product management and software engineering teams to deliver scalable user experiences across complex, multi-feature platforms. 1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
- Experience applying design systems, accessibility standards, and usability best practices to create consistent and measurable user experience outcomes.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts, including artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, into clear interface patterns and usable interaction models.
- Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, psychology, computer science
- equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
- Experience that would be great to have: Experience designing for banking, payments, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting artificial intelligence, machine learning, or agent-based product experiences.
- Experience conducting or synthesizing user research, usability testing, and customer feedback for enterprise software products.
- Experience building or maturing cross-platform design systems for complex software ecosystems.
- How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
- Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
