Title and Summary Director, Finance Business Partner, Finance Integration Director, Finance Integration I Core Payments: Blockchain & Digital Currencies Overview: The Director, Finance Integration Lead, Blockchain & Digital Currencies will own and lead finance integration readiness and execution for strategic initiatives across Blockchain & Digital Currencies. This role will serve as the primary finance integration lead, responsible for shaping the finance integration strategy, driving cross-functional execution, managing key risks and dependencies

  • Lead finance integration strategy, planning, and execution for strategic transactions, partnerships, or business initiatives across Digital Assets & Blockchain
  • Serve as the primary finance integration point of contact for senior Finance, business, Integration Management, Legal, Compliance, HR, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A stakeholders
  • Define and govern the finance integration roadmap, including close readiness, Day 1 requirements, post-close milestones, operating model decisions, reporting cadence, and escalation routines
  • Oversee cross-functional finance workstream deliverables across FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved
  • Own the financial integration narrative for leadership, including integration costs, synergies, run-rate impacts, stranded costs, vendor commitments, headcount, operating expense implications, and investment requirements
  • Provide senior-level review and guidance on financial analysis, scenario modeling, business cases, and decision support prepared for integration governance forums and executive stakeholders
  • Lead finance risk management for integration activities, including identifying control, reporting, operating model, close, and execution risks; developing mitigation plans; and escalating key issues as needed
  • Partner with Sourcing, Legal, HR, Compliance, and business owners to resolve complex vendor, transition service, commercial, people, policy, and procurement-related integration decisions
  • Develop and present executive-ready materials, including steering committee updates, finance readiness assessments, operating reviews, decision papers, and leadership briefings
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement across finance integration playbooks, templates, governance forums, reporting routines, and handoff processes
  • Lead special projects and ad-hoc strategic analysis related to M&A integration, strategic investments, business transformation, and finance operating model evolution
  • Set priorities for the Manager, Finance Integration Support role, ensuring clear ownership, workstream discipline, and timely execution of integration deliverables All About You:
  • Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills including superior organization, planning, and follow through.
  • Able to foster a positive team environment and collaborate to produce outstanding results
  • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle) preferred
