Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST This is an onsite/hybrid role based out of the Doral, Florida office where you will work onsite 3-4 days per week based on Manager approval and business needs. What Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) contributes to Cardinal Health Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice.
Revenue Cycle Management manages a team focused on a series of clinical and administrative processes that healthcare providers utilize to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue. The revenue cycle shadows the entire patient care journey and begins with patient appointment scheduling and ends when the patient’s account balance is zero.
Responsibilities Supports department operations through administrative and clerical duties. Files, scans, and maintains confidential documents in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assists management with administrative projects and workflow improvement initiatives.
Maintains accurate records and organizes documentation for efficient office operations. Provides general office support and ensured timely completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience, preferred High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred What is expected of you and others at this level Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently May modify process to resolve situations Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members Anticipated hourly range: $16.75 per hour - $21.75 per hour Bonus eligible: No Benefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.
