You'll begin with coordination meetings across various stakeholders to align on priorities and address emerging challenges. Throughout the day, you'll spend time refining roadmap strategies, documenting detailed requirements for new technology implementations
- identifying potential risks or dependencies that could impact delivery timelines. You'll collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly translated into viable solutions

About the team The ROC Tech&OI Team serves as a critical bridge between the Middle Mile Product Teams and ROC Operations teams, ensuring that feature development aligns perfectly with customer needs and operational priorities at a global scale. Our mission is to support all ROC Teams on the Disruption Management platform and integrate operations with DM and Relay technology. This integration enables ROC to grow as a global organization with geographically agnostic team structures. - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
