- the opportunity to shape how Amazon invests in its employee experience at scale. This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities - Chief of Staff Partnership: Operate as an extension of the VP's office, partnering with Chiefs of Staff, senior leaders
- cross-functional EAs to ensure seamless coordination across the EXR leadership team. - Executive Communications: Support the drafting and editing of select executive communications as directed by the VP. Help manage information flow by ensuring the VP is briefed on critical items and shielded from noise. - Strategic Calendar Management: Own and optimize the VP's calendar as a strategic asset—ensuring time allocation reflects business priorities, protecting focus time
- proactively resolving conflicts across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders. - Meeting & Event Management: Plan and execute leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, team events
- cross-organizational forums. Manage end-to-end logistics including agendas, venues, catering, AV
- post-event follow-up. - EA Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as the lead Executive Assistant for the EXR organization, providing guidance, mentorship
- coordination support to EAs across the org in a dotted-line capacity. Act as a resource for best practices, onboarding support
- alignment on organizational norms and standards. - Travel Coordination: Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, optimizing productivity and compliance with Amazon travel policies. Anticipate and resolve disruptions proactively. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and stakeholder EAs, business partners
- leaders across Amazon. Serve as a trusted point of contact for the VP's organization and external partners. - Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive people-related information with the utmost confidentiality, given the nature of the EXR organization's work across employee relations, investigations

- 10+ years of senior level leadership support experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience coaching and mentoring at the management level - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes
