Demonstrate aptitude in communicating complex concepts in an understandable manner. 4. Partner with lender to review condition documents to ensure all purchase requirements are met. 5. Maintain client pipeline ensuring all deadlines are met. 6.
Apply pricing hits to loans when needed. 7. Generate reports to assist production. 8. Mentor and train peers in areas of relative strength. 9. Exercise discretion in clearing pends appropriately without the need for managerial oversight. 10.
Review and disposition both underwriting settlement conditions and compliance conditions for non-delegated loans. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and related training 2. Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following: Lending Space, Compliance Ease, MSP, FHA Connection, MERS. 3.
