Become a part of our caring community The Lead, Data Quality/Integrity will develop, manage, and deliver strategic data quality and governance programs that support enterprise provider data objectives, operational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement.

This role partners with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation plans, manage timelines, identify risks and dependencies, support governance routines, and ensure successful execution of data quality initiatives aligned to business priorities.

The Lead, Data Quality/Integrity provides strategic and operational support to the Director of Provider Data Quality in the execution of high-priority initiatives, enterprise data quality objectives, and cross-functional projects. This role partners with leadership and stakeholders across business, technology, operations, compliance, and analytics to drive planning, coordination, governance, communication, and execution across key workstreams.

The Lead coordinates enterprise provider data quality initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while providing business process support, and data quality governance for provider data. Responsibilities include coordination, integration, validation, metrics analysis, issue management, and process improvement to strengthen data integrity, quality, completeness, availability, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

This role supports data governance routines such as issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, decision documentation, and stakeholder communication. The Lead analyzes data quality trends, translates findings into business impacts and actionable recommendations, and prepares executive-level insights, updates, and materials related to strategic initiatives and data quality performance.

The position also supports implementation readiness for provider data quality processes, and controls; drives continuous improvement of provider data quality processes, standards, and operating routines; and manages complex, ambiguous issues with minimal supervision using sound business analysis and independent judgment.

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. Ability to translate data quality issues into business impact and recommendations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level updates. Experience with quality frameworks. Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies. Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI 5 - 7+ years' experience in healthcare 3- 5+ years' of project leadership experience Critical thinking Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise provider data platforms.

Experience supporting data governance or data quality programs. Experience with regulatory, compliance, audit, or operational controls related to healthcare. Additional Information Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $106,900 - $147,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
