As a Manager, AI Solutions , you will lead the adoption and optimization of artificial intelligence and automation capabilities that support healthcare proposal development and response operations.
This role partners with proposal teams, content experts, and technology stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and knowledge management through AI-driven solutions. You will help shape how emerging technologies are integrated into business processes while driving measurable improvements across the proposal lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities Lead the implementation, governance, and optimization of AI and automation solutions that improve proposal quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain AI-enabled content libraries, knowledge repositories, prompt frameworks, and automation workflows that support proposal development teams.
Partner with proposal managers, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders to deliver AI-assisted drafting, compliance reviews, content analysis, and workflow enhancements. Design and deliver training, coaching, and adoption programs that build AI proficiency and increase effective use of automation tools across the organization.
Measure and report on AI adoption, performance, and business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic AI solutions, including automation workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business applications. 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare proposal development, content management, compliance, or process optimization initiatives. 3+ years of experience within Medicaid Managed Care, healthcare procurement, or a related healthcare business environment.
Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 technologies to solve business challenges. Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in proposal development, capture management, or government healthcare procurement. Experience designing AI governance frameworks, knowledge management programs, and enterprise automation strategies.
APMP certification or similar proposal management credentials. Project Management certification preferred. Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance metrics to measure technology adoption and business value. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, technology, and content stakeholders.
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
