The International Prime Video & Studios Consumer Insights team is looking for a highly motivated, Spanish Speaking, Researcher to lead research initiatives in LATCANZ (Latin America, Canada & Australia). You’ll work on a team that connects our creative leaders with our customers throughout their viewing journey. You will work closely with Data Science, Production, Development, Marketing and Finance teams, always making sure to represent the voice of our customers. This role will allow you to develop insights that help break new series on our service, maintain strong performance and make a real impact for our customers This role is focused on content research, evaluating and optimizing our original and licensed programming through audience insight, rather than product or UX research.
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams - Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels - Experience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertising
