The Role Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your key responsibilities will be to direct multiple teams of dedicated engineers of varied experience levels.

Enabling your teams as an inspiring Technical Manager, co-create the technical vision, strategy, and technical roadmap planning and product definition for your team, alongside technical leads and product managers/product designers. You are a player-coach who will support 1-3 engineering squads and can roll up your sleeves and be hands-on to help the team achieve their goals.
