- Your Role
- Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining Function's documentation to ensure our operational workflows are perfectly aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and maintain Audit Governance structure by gathering data and structuring documentation so that our Function processes are continuously audit-proof.
- Act as a supportive bridge between the Function departments and other teams. Help track the progress of cross-functional projects/requests and communicating effectively to all related parties.
- Support the Function in preparing high-level decks, reports, and operational excellence briefings for senior management.

- Currently enrolled as a full-time student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in German is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, break them down, and propose logical solutions.
- Familiarity with banking processes or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, supporting the bank's AI-native strategy journey.
