As a Manager, Enterprise Strategy, you will be part of our Health Care Delivery Strategy Team, helping to shape strategy for our Health Care Delivery business unit including our Oak Street Health, Signify Health

In Strategy, you will work hand-in-hand with senior business leaders to identify and analyze exciting new opportunities to drive growth and differentiation in a dynamic industry. - direction within areas of expertise. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Leads formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans
- Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership
- Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases
- Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes
- Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction NOTE: You will be working in a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in one of the CVS Health offices in Hartford, CT

- or Woonsocket, RI. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment
- and or graduate of CVS Health GMDP Program Strong business acumen and analytical skills Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation This role may require travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications Background with payor or provider organizations and specifically value-based care Education Bachelor's degree Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $72,360.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
