Position Summary The Lead Director, Enterprise Economics is a key member of the extended leadership team, responsible for leading complex, high-impact financial analyses that drive enterprise value creation and maximize shareholder returns.
This role partners closely with Enterprise Finance, business leaders, and finance functions across the organization to develop financial insights, evaluate strategic opportunities, and support critical business decisions. The position identifies actions that enhance competitiveness, accelerate growth, and strengthen long-term enterprise value.
This role offers broad exposure across CVS Health and frequent interaction with senior leaders throughout the enterprise. Required Qualifications Knowledge & Experience 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, or related fields Deep understanding of financial statement interdependencies, valuation, investment analysis, financial modeling, and corporate finance Strong knowledge of at least one CVS Health business segment, with working knowledge of the broader enterprise (Health Care Benefits, Care Delivery, Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness, and Pharmacy Benefit Management) Skills Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex analyses into clear business insights Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership Competencies Drives results while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Provides timely feedback and communicates ideas with clarity and confidence Builds strong cross-functional partnerships and fosters a culture of innovation, excellence, and transparency Demonstrates agility, curiosity, and a growth mindset while developing self and others Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive leadership and continuous learning Preferred Qualifications CFA Charterholder Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field required Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline) preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $144,200.00 - $288,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
