- As a Supply Chain Manager within the Returns Network S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), you will have the opportunity to create and improve upon existing forecasting methodologies, drive major supply chain decision making, influence network stakeholders

In this role, the Sr. Supply Chain Manager will seek out problems, dive deep into data, earn trust of partner teams

Weekly standard work will be relatively consistent but will need to be flexible with addressing operational problems as they arise and partnering with relevant stakeholders. About the team This is a relatively new team within Amazon that is quickly scaling in order to provide more support to the Returns network.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree
