As a Communications Manager, Business Strategist you will: Co-develop integrated internal and external communications plans in support of the company’s key priorities, business areas and initiatives. Partner with agencies to bring outside counsel and expertise to bear on Communications plans and execution.
Engage directly with key internal and external stakeholders, including agencies to deliver on communication plans. Support efforts to activate Communications partners in line with Communications workflow Support timing and action and quality and timeliness of all deliverables Understand Communication measurement techniques, tracking and reporting against KPIs Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviors consistent with Target’s values of Inclusivity, Connection and Drive Contribute to a reliable, sustainable operating cadence across your team and contribute to Communications and pyramid-wide operating routines.

A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
