Operations Analyst: Underwriting Account Analyst – Hybrid What you'll do: You will work cross-functionally both independently and in a team which operates primarily in a production environment supporting pre and post-sale activities for Underwriting.
Clinical Performance Guarantees (PG) and Rating and Supplemental (RSU) Responsibilities: Facilitate end-to-end Non-standard Clinical Performance Guarantee (PG) processes, including intake, business and RFP responses, tracking, and approval.
Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Product, and Clinical teams to analyze results and communicate risks and opportunities. Provide subject matter expertise on PG processes, contract language, and reporting requirements. Provide Medical and Dental Census rating reports by analyzing, scrubbing, coding, and loading census data to support Underwriting rating and quoting activities.
Support Supplemental Health Solutions Underwriting through preparation of census files and pre-sale documentation. Operations Analyst (OA) Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a limited book of business. Perform routine maintenance, report preparation and/or issue resolution efficiently.
Complete Rate Action Forms (RAF). Interact with matrix partners in the coordination/accurate completion of RAFs to effectively communicate sold plan information. Settlement Production. Produce accurate timely year end settlement financials and Form 5500 reporting for our clients.

You will become involved in committees and projects to drive process improvements and efficiencies across the organization. You will utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy standards are achieved on all work.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative group Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
