What you will be responsible for As Client Reporting, Senior Associate you will be Key Responsibilities & Experience Range Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and PowerPoint Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task Qualification & Certifications Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification.
Minimum 4-5 Years of experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) Willingness to work in shifts EMEA Shift Skills & Knowledge Primary Skills (Must Have) Good communication and interpersonal skill Basic Understanding of Asset Management Secondary Skills (Good to Have) Proficiency in formatting and templating skill in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of AI usage, Alteryx, Pythons application. USP of the Role Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT Strong attention in to detail and a focus on quality of the service Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have.
