What You Will Do

  • Logistics: Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders for any additional warehousing requirement Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.
  • Budgeting & Finance related to logistics Operations Validation and Processing of Partner Invoices Produce MIS reports and statistics regularly Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Generation of various GST Reports on weekly basis and share with Taxation team End to end, E-way bill tracking, reconciliation and management Work closely with Business team and Customer operations team for working out the input credit report on monthly basis.
  • Work on Import – Export Reconciliation and submit monthly report to Customs ops team Monthly re-export IC reconciliation with Finance & Controllership team What you will bring: Graduate or equivalent (preferably with PG Diploma in Supply chain/ Material Management) 8-10 Years of experience in Supply Chain with IT or similar industry Sound knowledge of GST Laws Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Numeracy and an understanding of finance. knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas Planning and organizing skills Analytical ability Initiative and decisiveness Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to SAP R3/ S4, BI Tools and spreadsheets Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
