Lead Specialist, Store Design Design & document multiple store projects through all design phases (FS/SD/DD): REM, New Stores, Special Projects, Innovations Collaborates with business partners across the board to ensure that drawings/layouts/documents, follow Target guidelines & standards, are processed and is responsible for the deliverables with desired quality within agreed timeframe.
Manage projects through all project phases as required Execute on projects as assigned to develop understanding of project types. Coordinates documents with partners in Minneapolis for all projects in a timely manner. Participates in conference calls pertinent to job responsibilities.
Update project drawings per directed changes. Develops and maintains accurate, high quality files utilizing Microstation CAD programs. Record updates in HAL/Change Manager/other trackers as required. Requirements
- Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Engineering with 0-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Adherence to process Developing Executive Presence Developing planning, design, presentation and project management skills Developing ability to self-manage multiple project workload.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment
- highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work and personal productivity
- desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environment.
- Basic understanding of company’s strategic direction as it relates to a single program.
- Fluency in spoken and written English; competency with the Imperial Measurement system.
