Ontada, a McKesson business, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of EHR-enabled, clinical education programs that deliver timely, relevant education to HCP audiences. Key Responsibilities Own delivery of targeted education programs from pre-contracting feasibility analysis and scope alignment, customer kickoff through launch and ongoing maintenance, including timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Lead customer-facing program kickoffs and working sessions , translating customer goals into documented program requirements (trigger identification and refinement, audience, cadence, content inputs, approvals, and reporting). Translate customer goals into clinically appropriate trigger strategies by partnering with external customers and internal analytics, operations, and clinical stakeholders to define feasible trigger criteria, validate clinical relevance, and ensure trigger details are clearly documented, routed, and aligned to provider workflow.

Manage cross-functional technical build execution and apply clinical judgment to program design , coordinating workflow build, QA, and launch readiness across internal partners while ensuring trigger logic and education timing align to real-world care delivery, provider workflow, and operational feasibility.

Oversee content intake, build, and proof cycles , including using established templates/workflows, managing revisions, and ensuring customer approvals are secured on time. Ensure marketing automation coordination for targeted sends, including aligning key values/fields needed for automation workflows and confirming build completion prior to launch.

Maintain program trackers and operational documentation , ensuring accurate records of program status, approvals, changes, and milestones across active programs. Own monthly and program-to-date reporting delivery for customers, producing clear readouts and responding to performance questions in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Monitor program quality and troubleshoot obstacles as identified Partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Marketing Automation to provide responsive customer service, timely issue resolution, and consistent program execution.

Requirements 3+ years of clinical experience (e.g., RN/BSN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent clinical practice background) Experience in oncology highly preferred. 1+ year of experience in healthcare program management, clinical education, digital health, medical communications, or customer-facing healthcare roles strongly preferred.

Critical Skills Clinical background required (3+ years) with ability to translate clinical concepts into clear program requirements and operational decisions. Customer-facing communication skills : able to run kickoffs, manage expectations, and provide confident, professional status updates and issue resolution.

Program management discipline : strong organization, prioritization, and documentation; able to manage parallel workstreams and dependencies across teams. Operational execution in a regulated environment : comfort with structured workflows, required approvals, and maintaining audit-ready artifacts and trackers.

Data and reporting fluency : able to interpret core digital program metrics and explain performance trends and program learnings to customers. Cross-functional coordination with analytics and marketing automation partners, including workflow build dependencies and launch readiness.

Preferred Qualifications Community oncology or specialty practice experience; familiarity with oncology practice workflows and terminology. Experience supporting targeted or segmented digital education programs delivered within the provider workflows.

Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and analytics reporting tools used for program performance reporting. Experience working with Life Sciences and other external partners. Success Metrics On-time kickoff-to-launch execution , with clear milestones, dependency management, and minimal launch delays.

High customer satisfaction clear communication, responsiveness, proactive risk management, and clean program delivery. Reporting quality and timeliness , delivering monthly and program-to-date reports accurately and consistently. Operational rigor and documentation quality , creating and maintain clean operational and program trackers, approvals captured, and change history .
