This role blends hands-on APM expertise with direct engagement alongside internal stakeholders and customers to deliver tailored observability solutions in real-world environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on engineering, configuration, and operational excellence of APM tooling, instrumentation, and telemetry pipelines, while also acting as a forward deployed partner embedding within teams to solve complex performance challenges.
