Program Financial Analyst The Opportunity: As a Program Finan cia l Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path.
You’ll assume responsibility for gathering and interpreting complex finan cia l data and translating information into meaningful recommendations that optimize business performance decision-making. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain deliverables to help drive programmatic and business decisions in support of our Navy customer.
You’ll utilize tools and resources like Micro sof t Excel, Micro sof t PowerPoint, and Navy databases with both Booz Allen and Navy leadership. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.

You Have: 2+ years of experience supporting a Navy Department of Defense ( DoD ) program office Experience with program and finan cia l management Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) and Navy TPS process and Statement of Work (SOW) development Experience using Micro sof t Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and finan cia l issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with Navy Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Experience with Acquisition Management System (AMS) Experience with a NAVSEA Program Experience with PBIS Experience with PPBE and Navy POM process Experience with PowerBI, Foundry, or working in other digital environments Experience with project management Experience with SharePoint, including version control Possession of strong communication skills to facilitate, lead discussions, and develop courses of actions for programmatic recommendations derived from your financial analysis Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
