Account Executive
- We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support key executives in the Annapurna Labs organization at Amazon. - brings exceptional organization and communication skills to complex, fast-moving initiatives. Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across global time zones
- prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities. - Track action items, prepare agendas, manage follow-ups
- support execution of key priorities across the leadership team. - Serve as a key liaison between Annapurna Labs and internal and external partner organizations. - Ensure clear and timely communication, alignment
- progress on shared goals. - Own logistics for executive travel, high-impact meetings including leadership offsites, exec reviews, customer briefings, townhalls and internal forums. Ensure experiences are well-run, productive
- professionally executed. - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs, act with discretion
- demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience handling administrative details independently
- exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
