- THE OPPORTUNITY:
- At Clari + Salesloft, we’re building the industry’s first predictive revenue system - transforming how revenue leaders forecast outcomes, assess risk
- drive execution across their teams. As Senior Product Manager, you will work with our Revenue Intelligence team delivering AI-generated insights and projections that revenue leaders can trust - connecting signals across the entire revenue lifecycle to turn insight into action. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product Management team and will be the strategic champion leading the discovery, definition
- delivery of core capabilities within our platform.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for owning the predictive revenue engine for sales forecasting, defining its multi-quarter roadmap
- partnering with engineering and design teams to build scalable, high-adoption features. Specifically, you will:
- Own the Product Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for your product domain by balancing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and long-term business strategy to ensure we maintain our industry-leading edge.
- Lead Product Discovery: Deeply understand buyer and seller personas. Conduct user research, synthesize quantitative data
- run experimentation loops to validate user needs and flesh out clear, actionable product requirements.
- Execute & Deliver: Partner closely as the core product owner alongside dedicated Engineering Managers, Tech Leads
- UX Designers to translate user stories into technical requirements and guide features from concept through successful launch.
- Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish clear, measurable KPIs for product releases (e.g., adoption rate, retention, feature usage). Continuously monitor metrics post-launch to iterate and optimize the user experience.
- Enable Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the subject matter expert for your product domain, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales
- Customer Success to ensure internal alignment, clear launch documentation
- external market readiness.

- THE SKILL SET:
- 5+ years of proven B2B software product management experience, running end-to-end product lifecycle from early-stage discovery and roadmap prioritization to successful go-to-market launches
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML products with a track record of building systems where accuracy, explainability, and user trust are critical
- Exceptional ability to translate ambiguity into clarity - providing thought leadership and representing the product organization on cross-company initiatives

- Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
- The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
- Base Pay Range
- $106,000 — $151,000 USD
