In this role, you will support workforce capacity planning for NetOps and Provider Call Quality. You will partner across the business to forecast demand, assess staffing needs, reduce risk, and help leaders plan for the future with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve capacity models for multiple back-office functions with diverse work types. Develop monthly demand and staffing forecasts that help leaders balance service goals, productivity, and business risk.
Analyze key performance trends and translate findings into clear recommendations for staffing, hiring, skill conversion, and up-training needs. Lead monthly operating reviews with functional leaders and matrix partners, sharing results and explaining the impact to forecast plans.
Partner in capacity support meetings to review hiring plans, inventory trends, and short-term needs while offering practical recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve planning tools, processes, and models so the business can make faster and more effective decisions.
Influence partners at all levels to consider new approaches, take thoughtful risks, and support continuous improvement. Contribute to team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and other projects that support workforce planning goals
Qualifications
- Required High school diploma or G.E.D. 5+ years of relevant experience in financial or budget planning, supply chain, workforce management, health care service operations, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets and present insights clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate data, risks, and recommendations in a clear, concise, and collaborative way.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence decisions across teams and levels
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, supply chain, health care administration, or a related field.
- Experience with workforce management applications such as IEX, Aspect, or Verint.
- Capacity planning or supply chain planning experience.
- Experience developing or improving forecasting models.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 93,200 - 155,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
