The Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager role is within Caterpillar’s Cybersecurity organization in Global Information Technologies
What You Will Do
- Partner with Cybersecurity Human Risk Management Manager to develop a world class enterprise cybersecurity awareness program.
- Drive a culture of secure behaviors through awareness activities.
- Identify behavioral risks and develop a plan to provide a resolution.
- Define strategies for the awareness and phishing teams.
- Identify complex problems and resolutions.
- Support priorities and work plans to drive results for the team.
- Work with teams to measure and track projects, as well as progress toward overall objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve project deliverables, meet their objectives, and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Build relationships and collaboration between the team and internal stakeholders and customers.
- What You Have: Bachelor’s degree within a relative field or equivalent experience Strong Written and Oral Communication skills Comfortable presenting in person and remotely to large groups and multiple levels of leadership Experience building security awareness programs Has run Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities Project Management experience (Agile preferably) Security Awareness certification a plus (SSAP or other preferably) Experience developing metrics Experience with PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite, Vyond Additional Info : The ideal location for this role is East Peoria-IL About Caterpillar – For more than a century, Caterpillar has helped build a better, more sustainable world.

- Summary Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
