MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a Lead Compliance SPOC for designated Business Units in Abbott Specialty Care Supporting in OEC monitoring / Internal audit / External audit Drive communication programs to improve compliance awareness Build compliance assurance culture Active contributor in pre-approval meets to ensure compliance adherence Review & Monitor Post activity compliance adherence Supporting business for smooth execution of all HCP activities Monitoring of Plan Vs Execution of all HCP activities MIS support to designated Business Units Active Participation in Monthly business reviews Conduct induction program for New Joinees on compliance in designated BUs The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
