Senior Analyst, Premium Billing

The position will assist the Premium Billing team with development and implementation of various analytical efforts focused on improving operational results across the organization. This role is responsible for key operational and financial functions specific to support the client and its members.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at extracting insights from data and translating them into specific actions to advance key business objectives . They will need to be highly driven and passionate in providing key insights and own key functions that will enable business decisions that impact financials and member experiences .
The position will work with colleagues and leaders across various functions, including the c lient, Account Management , Payment Operations, IT business partners and several external vendor s . This is a hybrid role that will require a partial on-site presence 3 days per week and can be located in Scottsdale, AZ, Northbrook, IL, Irving, TX, Hartford, CT, or Woonsocket, RI. (Additional locations may be considered).
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic and collaborative environment . Required Qualifications 2 or more years of professional work experience performing financial analysis , or a related role at a PBM, health insurer, or other healthcare company 2 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (lookups, pivot tables, macros) Preferred Qualifications Experience utilizing analytic tools to streamline and simplify data management and output reporting (including but not limited to Tableau , PowerBI , MS Access, SQL etc.) Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor’s Degree in Finance , Accounting, or other related field preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
