Please note: This is a maternity leave contract for a 20 month term. Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
About the Role (Job Summary): McKesson Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Specialty Health, Pharmaceutical Distribution, and Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships (PSSP) businesses. In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, customer communications, sales enablement tools, and marketing programs that drive customer engagement and support business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to create compelling marketing content, strengthen McKesson's market position, and deliver impactful customer experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities. Create customer-facing communications, presentations, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and promotional content.
Support the development of value propositions, positioning, and messaging for products, services, and solutions. Partner with commercial, sales, operations, communications, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing programs. Plan and support customer events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards are achieved.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes. Monitor marketing program effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve customer engagement and business impact. Act as a trusted marketing advisor to internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, customer communications, product marketing, or a related field.
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty health, medical distribution, or related regulated industries. Experience developing marketing campaigns, customer communications, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Experience managing multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and commercial teams. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, or growth initiatives.
Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and customer events. Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and value proposition development. Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing platforms.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
