We build and operate one of the largest and most important software systems in the world – one that is used by every AWS customer, makes authorization decisions about every AWS API request

- 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 4+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 4+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
- operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience debugging, profiling
