Key job responsibilities - Develop labor standards through work measurement - Create operational models and planning to support both sort and ramp operations - Manage projects from conception to completion - Conduct and lead project meetings with Senior and Regional leaders - Assess and optimize the processes and equipment used in the facility - Typical projects could include spearheading a floor layout redesign, evaluating the ergonomic needs and issues within work areas

  • 2+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience - 4+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment - Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights
  • holidays - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration
  • equivalent STEM field - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes - Experience working under pressure in a cross-functional organization - Bachelor's degree - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
  • experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
  • Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration
  • equivalent STEM field - Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies
