Key Responsibilities Execute packaging photography that supports brand and product messaging while delivering an optimal customer experience. Support workflow efficiencies and quality improvements under the guidance of packaging leadership to increase speed-to-market and enhance the Private Brands omnichannel experience.

Coordinate photography projects with Sr. photo producers to support efficient studio utilization and timely delivery. Apply established brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand's visual identity. Develop an understanding of Private Brands product categories and competitors to support photography execution across multiple packaging types and sizes.

Ensure quality and brand standards are met, and photography solutions are provided in a way that will resonate with the consumer and facilitate the buying process. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand product features and packaging requirements.

Resolve day-to-day production issues and escalate risks as needed. Develop and maintain project timelines, considering production schedules and product sample availability. Recommend execution approaches and solutions to support successful project delivery.

Manage schedules, shot lists, merchandise tracking, and project budgets from pre-production through post-production. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met. Support the execution of multiple concurrent and complex projects from conception through delivery to deliver projects on time.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in photography production or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 3 years of experience in product photography production Experience in a customer service role serving an internal or external client Experience working under tight deadlines Experience using a MAC platform Preferred Qualifications Light photoshop skills Experience in a marketing, large retail environment, consumer package goods company, or advertising agency that services Fortune 500 companies About Lowe’s Lowe's Companies, Inc.
