Associate Manufacturing Planner Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is currently seeking an Associate Manufacturing Planner (Level 2) to become part of the E4B team in San Antonio, TX. The selected candidate will develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
Candidate will assist in the identification of tooling requirements and processing tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Team member will be responsible for assisting in the investigation and resolution of manufacturing related issues.
May also be responsible for collecting data to support producibility assessments for part or product designs. The successful candidate will assist in developing work statements and sequencing of limited scope with internal business partners and in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents.
Team member will work under close supervision. Position Responsibilities: Build technical data packages for use by suppliers. Develop and implement manufacturing plans. Resolve technical problems that would significantly affect performance, cost, or schedule.
Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate a producible definition and investigating alternative solutions to meet producibility requirement. Create installation planning and supporting installation planning shipside in San Antonio. Support team performance by participating in process/tool improvement projects.
Work under a lead to support timely delivery of engineering release and manufacturing deliverables. May be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs and deadlines. This position is expected to be 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Must be able to work in team environment 1+ years’ experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings. 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support environment. 1+ years’ experience applying professional/technical writing skills, teaming successfully to solve technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Previous Boeing Experience as ME Gold ESP Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills. Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request. Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
