- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy and Development: Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager Steer cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features and enhancements Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand and business goals Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development
- Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and fleet management solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in both German and English
