Responsibilities
- SAP SD Implementation & Support Lead or support SAP SD module implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for SAP SD processes.
- Business Process Analysis Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales, billing, shipping, and pricing processes.
- Configuration & Customization Configure SAP SD components including sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Customize SAP SD functionalities to meet business needs using user exits, BAPIs, and enhancements.
- Integration Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.) for seamless integration.
- Support EDI and third-party system integrations related to order-to-cash processes.
- Documentation & Training Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD transactions and configurations.
- Provide timely support for incidents and service requests.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field . 4–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module.
- Strong knowledge of: Sales order management Pricing and discounts Billing and invoicing Shipping and delivery Credit management Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI, and other modules.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SD certification.
- Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging is a plus.
