Key job responsibilities - Own Complex Problem Resolution: Independently diagnose and resolve novel issues across multiple service domains without relying on existing SOPs or escalation. Identify root causes and drive permanent fixes. - Build and Ship Automation: Design, implement

  • Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) - 2+ years of systems administration (Linux or Windows) experience - Experience in systems administration, network administration, AWS cloud app development, DevOps or site reliability engineering - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

  • effective communication abilities and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications - 3+ years of scripting language experience
